Gavin Vickers

Gavin started his career in banking, working with three of the big four banks. A gifted deal maker, he has an extensive background in property development, structuring, funding, marketing and sales.

Gavin provides a wide range of services to clients including development, trade, bridging and mezzanine finance. He is also involved in strategic deal making and mergers & acquisitions.

Arthur Case

Arthur held senior executive positions in human resources at Anglo American, Nedbank and the Southern Life Association.

He went on to assume managing director positions with the Medicor Private Hospital Group, South African Vaccine Producers and GR Pharmaceuticals. This was followed by a move into consulting with Deloittes and later in his own venture called Business Sculptors. In 2008 Arthur became involved in the retirement village industry where he served as CEO of Evergreen Lifestyle, for a decade.

He has a passion for the retirement industry and is an expert in the life right business model.
